It's too late
don't you know it's always been that way?
trying to find something new but i wish you'd stay
and it's no good the kind of thinking that I wish i could
get right out of my brain somehow well i wish you would
it's been hard
to back from the edge
of whatever this has been or wished it had
she's been sleeping in my bed
it's the same old story, with the same old end
and i wish i could wish you well
but tell me
is it freezing
where you're living at
where you are
just tell me
are we tilting at windmills?
to find an enemy to fight
new flame in a flickering light
love is love
it's supposed to be hard
oh i called you from chicago - a bridge too far
cause i went west and she went home
on new years day back east - it was touch and go
and i wish i could wish you well
but tell me
is it freezing
where you're living at
where you are
just tell me
are we tilting at windmills?
to find an enemy to fight
new flame in a dimming light
oh it wouldn't really make a difference
for lovers turned to friends
to acquaintances and back again
cause It's too late
don't you know it's always been that way?
yea i tried to find something new but i really wish you'd stay
and it's no good the kind of thinking that I wish i could
get right out of my brain somehow well i wish you would

This album is really 2013 but in a good way. It encapsulates the feeling of being a teenager in the early 2010s or even just being in your late teens altogether Ambrose

This one falls in the sweet spot (for me) between their older raw sound and newer slightly more polished sound. Great album chocked with catchy tunes. scottgilby

Been following Somos for many years, feeling that they had an opus in them...well, here it is. Driving pop-punk sensibilities lend an upbeat tone in contrast to the grim lyrical proceedings, and they absolutely pull it off. Evocative music that's been on repeat for me all month long.
